betul2 dah jatuh chentaa...

betulll..sy jatuh cinta lg..sy betul2 dh jatuh chenta dgn lagu maher zain (eh..orgnye pn blh tahan jg kan...hihi). Sy diperkenalkan lagu ni dari Rao..consultant Oracle..iaitu pd taun lepas. Mase orang tgh gile2 minat lagu Maher Zain..sy biase2 jer...takde effect langsunggg. Seriuss..sedikit pn xde. Smpai la pd bulan pose..tibe2 jer sy terbuka hati nak cari CD Maher Zain mase tgh2 survey CD utk icik Adam kt kedai. Hubi pun sokong jer suruh cari satu.

Mula2 pasang..sy rase lagu yg best cuma insya'Allah. Kali kedua pasang...sy dh start suka lagu Ya Nabi Salam Alayka...lepas tu BarakaAllahu Lakuma...lepas tu saye jatuh chenta dgn lirik & video Open your Eyes yg dibuat oleh peminat Maher Zain...lame2 sy dh suke semuaaa lagu die. Skrg ni mmg tgh gile la..tiap2 mlm kt uma sy akan pasang smpai esok pg...pastu smbung plak kt opis..smpai blk pukul 5.45 ptg. pendek kata..skrg ni mmg 24/7..non stop kecuali weekend..sbb hubi xleh tido kalau pasang muzik..hihi. Lirik open your eyes lah yang paling indah & mengasyikkan..

home made steam chocolate cake!

harini...perasaan nk mkn home made steam choc cake begitu membuak2. Pagi2 sy bgn pg kedai nk mencari bahan2.

inilah hasil air tanganku...

bahan2nye senang aje. Mula2 mesin 2 biji telur sehingga kembang, masukkan separuh butter cup  bersama 3/4 cawan gula kastor. Kemudian campurkan 3/4 cawan serbuk chocolate, 1 tin susu cair bersama 1 1/2 tepung gandum. Tapi sy pakai tepung naik sendiri sbb malas nk beli serbuk penaik & soda bikarbonat.

kukus dalam 1 jam. Tak sia2 sy beli steam tupperwear brand..walaupun kecik..tp berguna akhirnye;p

tutup rapat ye..

tadaaa...finally. sebenarnye sy kukus dari pukul 3.30 ptg..alih2 pukul 5.30 baru siap..haha. Erm..maybe sbb sy set api kecik jer mase kukus. gas da abes..nasib baik ade multi purpose pot nih..

utk toping..sy pakai choc van houten. utk bancuhan ni..sy hanye perlu separuh choc bar shj.

gunakan kaedah double boiler...tp kukus mcm ni pn boleh jg. Make sure air x termasuk dlm chocolate ni sbb kalau terkena air..coklat ni boleh jadi beku. So..mase sy steam kn coklat ni..sy x tutup pn. jgn lupe campurkan satu sudu kecik butter cup.

Once coklat utk toping dh cair..boleh la hiaskan atas kek.

taburkan coklat rice utk menambah seri...ecehh. Sebenarnye kalau tgk betul2..kek ni dh x jadi bulat sbb sy dh potongkan suku utk cik hubi bwk blk ke JB...:)

haiskk...mase cuti berpantang aritu..sy attend satu kenduri dgn mak mertua..ade orng tanye..'oh..ade baby la..mane ibu die?' Erk..padahal sy yg sedang mendukung adam ketika itu. Pastu sy ckp kt ibu mertua..ala..sy x nmpak mcm ibu ker? Mak mertua gelak2 jer. Ok xpe..dimaafkan. Skali baru2 ni..mase nk beli food kt area perumahan..ade  tanye plk..'duduk bujang?' Erk..sy terkedu...dlm kepala ligat berfikir..aduuuhh..ssusah dong nk jawab soalan cepu mas nih? xkan sy nk jwb..x..duduk dgn adam! Nnti lg byk plk soalan org ni nnti. Last2..sy x mmpu bersuara..hanye mengelengkan kepala tande kenyataan tersebut adalah salah sama skali. Ok..xpe2. Dua hari lepas plk..mase sy keluar dgn adik ipar & adam kt tpt yg same...ade makcik, wife kepada pakcik tukang masak tu tanye...'adik ke nih?' Mula2 sy mengeleng tp tibe2 sy konfius..'erk...adik? yg mane satu? yg besar ni ke..yang kecik?' Makcik tu ckp..'yg kecik nih'. Erk...terus sy mengeleng..'bukan, ni anak....'. Dlm hati sy...'WHAT? ADIK? biar betul..!!!!' Sempat sy mengusik adam...'adik..meh kt **kakak..mlm ni tunggu **abg balik yer...!'
