i'am system engineer and i have no life..bole? - part#1

let me tell you, dealing with end users is the hardest..the toughest part as system engineer especially if dealing with people which have less knowledge about IT - computer, system, application, hardware and etc. Hari-hari bole naik hangin hokeh. At the first place, they request a new system...oke fine. But when it come to user requirement..i always find out that this kinda people just request without having proper knowledge on what they really want. End up...developer will having difficulty when they request major changes after the requested system LIVE in production. I think most of developer like us having the same problem too or at least have almost the same experience like this when dealing with end user..

All those conversation below  start when this users asking the problem that supposedly they have to check whether the setup has been made correctly by them or not. Last2 i find out yg diorg x properly update the setup. Background user: I rate as beginner sbb still x pandai2 guna system..walaupon da keje almost 10 years ++ and lebih tua dari i..Maka disebabkan faktor usia dan pemahaman dalam bab IT ni agak kurang..jadi saya terpaksa menggunakan bahasa melayu yg x proper dengan tatabahasa yang tunggang langgang ok. Lagisatu, nama user terpaksa dirahsiakan atas sebab2 yg x dpt dielakkan..;p. Email perlu dibaca in descending order..dr bawah ke atas. Mdm S adalah exec kepada Mdm A. Sebab masing-masing tanak mengaku diorg wrongly update the setup..last2 aku ckp hantu kot yg update...bole?

Zirah…..JB2 mmg sejak azali adalah RDC JB. Tidak pernah berubah. Itu la pelik sapa dah tekan bhg tick tu? Dah byk invoice sblm ni tak ada masalah pun, JB2 mmg dah dlm RDC. Itu yg akak mushykil.

Soal nak check tu from time to time no problem. Boleh buat punya.

Lynn…in future seblm save invoice..check amount dulu. Kalau ada yg lari membabitkan RDC, check kat screen dealer dulu.

Akak, xde peliknye. bile ade requirement baru..korg kena la usik.
Mungkin dulu branch ni bukan RDC..skrg korg dh decide sbgai RDC..so kena usik jg kan.
Kite kena ikut perkembangan terbaru..sape yg the 1st one akan dpt info tersebut kena la aware kt mane setup yg kena ubah.
Bukan skali setup jer.
ISTD xtahu pn korg decide tpt tu sbg RDC atau x sbb itu business flow.
Sebab tu saya suruh check sokmo kt screen no..kalau RDC..patut kena tick. Kalau bukan..x perlu ade tick kt situ.
Lagi bagus kalau check utk semua skali setup RDC tuk branch & dealer.

Dlm kes ni akak mmg pelik sbb dah bertahun kami berdua tak pernah usik bhg tick tu. So macamana lately ada bbp kes yg bhg tick tu dah diusik. Cth last week kes dealer bumiraya tak di tick dlm RDC Melaka.

Selain kita bertiga, sapa lagi yg ada access ke screen ni?

Kalau case RDC..lin/k.anida check dulu dekat screen customer maintenance kt bwh ni. Kalau tgk kt screen ni, branch ni xde tick pn sebagai RDC?
That’s why jadi 2 dropload.
Rajin2kn bukak screen ni dulu yer..
Pastu check semula..btol ke total amt jadi 1202?

p/s: simpan email ni dlm word supaya korg boleh refer di masa hadapan.

SH02291944 supposed appear 1d/load & total amount 1202.Grand total of this inv should be 26174..zirah,lynn nk tye kete PSSB JB2 & texajaya kan turun kat RDC JB n consider 1d/load ,tp knp dlm system kluar 2d/load ek?tlg tgkkan ekk coz nk kejar anta inv ni ke akaun sblm hjg bln ni…TQ so muchhhhhh
